Your use of these Moneytree services are at your own risk, including the risk that you might be exposed to any form of data or communication that is offensive, indecent, inaccurate, objectionable, or otherwise inappropriate.

2) We do not guarantee that Moneytree services, or any content on it, will be free from errors or omissions.

3) Access to Moneytree services are not guaranteed. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of our Website or mobile applications without notice. We will not be liable to you if for any reason Moneytree services are unavailable at any time or for any period.

1) You do not need to register an account to see the content available on this Website. However, if you are a Business owner, you will need to register an account, if you wish to use other services provided on this Website and mobile applications such as listing your business on this Website and mobile applications.

2) In order to register as a User or Business Owner on Moneytree, you are required to provide certain information on the registration form and register a username and password for use thru Moneytree mobile applications.

3) If you are a registered business onwer, you have to sign in to use Moneytree mobile applications.  Remember to keep your password confidential and do not share it with third parties. This is your responsibility. If you are customer or buyer or end-user, you need to register to see the businesses listed in Moneytree customer app.

4) We reserve the right to decline a new registration or remove your account name or ask you to amend it if we consider it to be inappropriate.

5) You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or account identifiers by others.

1. You must not use this Website or Mobile applications in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the Moneytree services or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the Website or mobile applications; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorism or any other type of illegal activity of any sort.

2. Without limiting paragraph 5.1 above, you may not use our Website or Mobile Applications:

•  In any way that breaches these Terms, any applicable local, national or international law or regulation;
• To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or re-use any material which does not comply with these Terms;
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam);

• In any way that interferes with another User's/Business Owner's use and enjoyment of the Website or in any other manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Website.

3. You must not conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities (including without limitation scraping, data mining, data extraction and data harvesting) on or in relation to Moneytree services or without Moneytree’s express written consent.

1) You acknowledge that, as between Moneytree and you, Moneytree is the sole owner of all content on the Website and Mobile applications, including, without limitation, all applicable copyrights (including database data rights), patents, trade marks, trade secrets, trade names, logos, and all other intellectual property rights, as well as text, images, graphics, logos, audio, video and other material appearing on the Website and Mobile Applications (Moneytree Contents).

2) Any content on Moneytree services must not be printed hard copy or duplicated digitally for any other trading and marketing or any other purpose without our written approval or email or message commuications. Failing to do so is in breach of these Terms, your right to use our services will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

3) You retain intellectual property rights in any copyrighted contents and trade marks that are contained in the content you shared with us to market your business thru Moneytree services by you. You represent that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, permissions and consents to use and authorise us to use all content submitted by you to Moneytree services.

4) By submitting or sharing content to Moneytree services, you are granting us an unconditional, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully transferable, perpetual worldwide licence to use, publish and/or transmit, and to authorise third-parties to use, publish and/or transmit your content in any format and on any platform (whether now known or invented in the future). You hereby waive all moral rights in connection with such content.

5) We reserve the right, and have absolute discretion, to remove, screen, translate, monitor or edit without notice any such content and for any reason or to have third parties perform such actions on our behalf. You have sole responsibility for creating backup copies of and replacing any content you post or store on Moneytree services at your sole cost and expense.

1) Currently Moneytree services do not have any link to be established with customer and business owner’s digital handles ( which include your personal or business web site, blogs / Vlogs , mobile applications and social media accounts ). We may ask to cross post,tag,repost share with friends , share Moneytree services as part of digital marketing strategy.

1) Moneytree services may contains links to other websites , mobile applications and other resources provided by third parties , where those links are provided for your information purpose only.

2) We have no control over the contents of those websites or resources nor do we review or control their content.

1) Moneytree services are provided "as is" without any representations or warranties, express or implied. Moneytree services make no representations or warranties in relation to any services related to Website , mobile application or social media handles or the information and materials provided on our system.

2) Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing paragraph, Moneytree does not warrant that:

• This Website will be constantly available, or available at all;
• Mobile applications related to this web site will be constantly available, or available at all;

3) You agree not to settle or compromise with third parties for any legal or compensation issues related to your data on Moneytree services without the prior written consent of Moneytree.

• For any purchase and use of products or services offered by third parties on Moneytree services;

• For any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, or loss or corruption of information or data.

4) We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our Website or to your downloading of any content on it, or on any website linked to it.

The Moneytree holds Entities maximum liability to you arising under or in connection with these Terms or the Website for any losses incurred or suffered by you shall be limited for all claims in aggregate to all charges paid or payable by you to Moneytree in connection with these Terms, or current one month subscription fee then in system.

1) It is in our discretion, that there has been a breach of these Terms, we may take such action as we deem appropriate including:

• Deactivating your username and password;
• Removing, suspending or deactivating your access to the Moneytree services or any content on the Moneytree digital handles
• Issuing a warning notification to you;
• Using any technological, legal, operational or other means available to enforce these Terms.

2) You can terminate your account at any time by sending an email to our contact centre (info@souqmoneytree.com) or delete your account from your Moneytree Account Profile. This will, where applicable, remove your profile and other personal information from view and prohibit you from accessing the Moneytree services as a registered user.

1) TERMS mentioned here applicable to all Moneytree services. All of these Terms apply to the maximum extent relevant to your use of the Moneytree mobile application as Moneytree app for customer and Moneytree app for Business owners which can be down loaded from third party digital stores.

2) In addition to the limitations on our liability set out in these Terms, we shall not be liable for any damage caused to or interference with any equipment or other apps or content of any description.

1) Only a person who is a party to these Terms has the right to enforce any term of this agreement.

2) If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable or void, that term can be severed and the rest of the Terms will continue to apply.

3) These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Moneytree in relation to your use of Moneytree Services, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of Moneytree services.

4) Any failure by us to enforce any terms set out in these Terms is not a failure of our rights to enforce those terms.

5) These Terms have been prepared in English language only and the same shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6) These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the UAE, as applicable in the Emirate of Sharjah. You and we both agree that the courts of Sharjah will have exclusive jurisdiction.
