The website available at [www.souqmoneytree.com] (Website), Moneytree mobile application for customers and Moneytree Business application for business owners (Mobile Apps) available in third party application stores are to be considered as Moneytree Services which is appeared in Content Policy, Privacy policy and in Terms and Conditions. The contents in Moneytree services are used and displayed in operated and administered by MT Digital FZC (Moneytree, we, us, our). We are a SPC Freezone company incorporated in the Emirate of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Business owner, user , any visitor to our web site or third party application store users and social media visitors collectively called ‘ You’ ‘Your’ in this Content Policy , Privacy policy and Terms and Conditions , even if it was not mentioned separately in these page.

This content policy (Content Policy) sets out in detail the type of content that you are prohibited from posting on Moneytree Services and your obligations to us in respect of any content that you post Moneytree Services. It also explains how you should treat any content that you may be exposed to when you access Moneytree Services. Your use Moneytree Services will be governed by this Content Policy, amongst other things. You may not our services if you do not agree to this Content Policy.

This Content Policy is effective from 01-November-2021. We may change this Content Policy at any time by posting an updated version of the policy on our services. We encourage you to check this Content Policy regularly for any amendments to our Content Policy. Your continued use of Moneytree services will constitute your consent to the terms of this Content Policy.

This Content Policy shall be read in line with the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy policy. Any terms that are capitalised but not defined in this Content Policy shall have the same meaning as in the Terms and Conditions.

Content in Moneytree Services includes all the information and materials that you have access to in our services. It also includes information and materials (all tangible and non-tangible ) you shared in Moneytree Services by you and your contents we shared in our social media handles by us. It also includes ratings and reviews ,comments , messeges of products/services and any responses to the ratings/reviews of those products/services by Business Owners and other Users.

  • You must NOT post any content which:
    • is made in bad faith or otherwise insults, upsets, embarrasses or harms other Users or Business Owners;
    • is calculated to incite hatred against any ethnic, religious or any other minority or to adversely affect any individual, group or ethnicity;
    • hurts national unity or social peace or prejudices public order or public morals;
    • harms the interests of the State or offends its dignity;
    • is from or referring to a terrorist group or illegal organization or anti-social personnel or anti-social element or anti-social subject;
    • you know to be false or inaccurate ;
    • where any such content states an opinion, is not genuinely held;
    • criticizes the Head of State, Rulers of the Emirates or undermines the Constitution;
    • exposes the State's security and interests to danger or otherwise prejudices public order;
    • involves instigation against Islam or the system of ruling, or if it causes harm to the interest of the state or the values of society;
    • violates public discipline and order, or involves insult to children, or calls for or circulates subversive ideas;
    • instigates criminal activity or incites hatred or provokes action of dissension among individuals of society;
    • contains confidential official or military communications, or includes conventions or treaties the government holds before they are published in the official gazette;
    • comprises minutes of meetings, deliberations or court hearings that are published in bad faith, misinterpreted or distorted;
    • blemishes the president of an Arab, Islamic or any other friendly state or any other nation;
    • causes or could cause agitation to relations between the UAE and other Arab, Islamic and friendly countries;
    • defames Arabs and their civilization or heritage or any other nation and it’s nationalities;
    • contains news on an ongoing criminal investigation;
    • contains news, pictures or comments about an individuals' private life that is meant to disgrace such individuals;
    • discloses any secret that may cause harm to the reputation of someone, or his property, his commercial name, or is meant to coerce somebody into paying some money or render a benefit to someone else, or the like;
    • contains any false news about someone or any entity in inside or outside UAE;
    • contains news that could cause harm to the national currency or damage to the national economy of UAE or any other nations;
    • includes any phrases, expressions or pictures that are inconsistent with public conduct, or otherwise disrespect or mislead the public;
    • includes advertisements for medicines or pharmaceutical preparations or drugs ;
    • maligns a public official or anybody occupying a post in the public prosecution or assigned to perform a public job;
    • incorporates reportage involving more than one person unless it covers points of views of all parties involved in that reportage;
    • is intended to gather meetings or crow donations without a license;
    • includes any material that is prejudicial to public morals;
    • contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of the Website or any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
    • blackmails a User into committing an offence or doing something that would prejudice their honor;
    • impersonates any person, or misrepresents your identity or affiliation with any person;
    • is likely to deceive any person;
    • gives the impression that the content emanates from us, if this is not the case;
    • is otherwise unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, pornographic, obscene, abusive, threatening, harassing or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offence or that would give rise to civil liability;
    • infringes any third party's intellectual property rights, moral rights, or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy (whether subsisting in the UAE or elsewhere);
    • could damage us and/or our group companies, which together shall be referred to as the "Prohibited Content".

We can take down or amend any content posted by you at any time if it does not comply with this Content Policy or if we consider it inappropriate, unsuitable or if it is necessary to comply with the law.

We can share your content as described in paragraph 6 of the Privacy Policy.

You acknowledge that if you post content or provide information on Moneytree Services then such content and information will be accessible to the general public, including persons who are not signed in to use Moneytree Mobile applications or Website visitor and the public will be able to associate and attribute such content or information to you.

You further acknowledge and agree that the views expressed by you, Business Owners or other Users in that content do not necessarily reflect the views of Moneytree, and we do not support or endorse any content posted by any Users or Business Owners.

You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Website and mobile applications and social media accounts may involve (i) transmissions over various networks; and (ii) changes to content to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Moneytree assumes no responsibility for the deletion or failure to store postings of content or other information submitted by you, Business Owners or other Users to the Website or mobile applications.

We accept no liability in respect of any content submitted by you, Business Owners or other Users and published by us or by authorized third parties.

You warrant and represent that the content that you (or any third party using your account) submits to us contains nothing that: (i) is Prohibited Content or that breaches any applicable law or regulation; or (ii) that will when published by Moneytree (or its authorised third parties) include any Prohibited Content or breach any applicable law or regulation.

You agree to on demand compensate and hold the Moneytree Entities harmless, including costs, liabilities and legal fees, from any claim or demand made by any third party arising out of or relating to any claim or action arising out of a breach by you (or any third party using your account) of the terms of this Content Policy.
