Registration:

• When you register as a user /customer or a business owner with Moneytree Services, we collect your full name, email address, telephone number, your address, your current location details,  Business name , License number, License document, Identification card copies together with other information as may be requested on the registration, approval and verification to confirm that you are a resident and own business in United Arab Emirates from time to time. The location details we collected with third party api service for customer mobile app is ONLY used to filter the registered businesses near to the location in Moneytree vendor app. Customers can disable the location tracking in their phone setting and in that case customer app display default businesses in application. It is your responsibility to maintain and update the personal information that you provide to us when setting up your account

Use of Moneytree Services:

• We may collect your personal information or Business information from Business owners when you enter information on our services like web site and mobile applications.

Credit card information:

• Your credit card information is requested only when we integrate payment plans and is submitted via the highest level of encryption to ensure the greatest amount of safety and security. We do not store your credit card information.Currently we are not collecting any card or bank details of customer or vendor thru Moneytree services.

When you contact us:

• We may collect personal information about you when you contact us thru web site Contact Us Page. Such information is used to verify your identity and respond to your query or message or feedback.

Information obtained from third parties:

• We may collect personal information from third parties. Such third parties may include the companies that provide services to us (i.e. Service providers like SMS gateway API, location API etc).

Information uploaded by business owners/users:

• Business owners/users may upload some of your personal information in order to communicate with you through their dash boards or in any other way and provide services to you. We request that the business user/other user ensures it has the authority to upload this information. If you do not want this to occur, you need to contact the business user or other user directly.

Computer information:

• When you visit our website, we may keep and use information about your visit including your internet protocol (ip) address, the date and time of the visit. We may also keep and use information about your computer (for example, browser type) and your navigation information (for example, the url of the site which referred you to this website and the pages you visit on this website). Please see paragraph 7 below for more information on our policy regarding "cookies" and "log-files".

• We may conduct surveys on the website or thru our social media accounts or by sending you emails, to ask for your feedback regarding our website and the quality of the service we provide to you. You should not post or share personal information on Moneytree services that you do not want make publicly available, and you are solely responsible for the personal information that you post or share on our services or provide directly to third parties. We use your personal information to deliver our services to you (and to enable third parties such as service providers to deliver their services to you such as location APIs, SMS gatway APIs and Paymentgateway APIs, email templates and Social media Accounts to post your contents you shared with us). To properly operate and administer Moneytree Services, we need to provide your personal information to our staff, group companies and service providers. Our staff, group companies, and service providers are subject to obligations of confidentiality to us. By providing your consent to this Privacy Policy you authorise them to gain access to your personal information as part of their services to you and us.

We and our service providers may also use your personal information to send you promotional emails. We require your consent during the registration process to send you promotional emails. We have to share your and Business Owners shared information in order to promote and market our services to you (which may include by way of Social Media Marketing, telemarketing, email, location APISMS and/or MMS messages or any other means of communication) with Third party service providers. But Moneytree do not have business strategy to sell your personal information to third party services.

This is to keep you informed of products, services and special offers and may continue even after you have stopped using our services.

If you do not wish us to promote and market products, services and special offers to you, please abstain from our services as digital marketing is our primary scope. If you do not want to be contacted by Business Owners or other Users, you will not use our service because Moneytree is built on a common basic concept of local market place where customer(buyer) and business owner(seller) can communicate directly for buying and selling of thier products and service.

We might also share your information with our service in order for them to fulfil our service commitment to you and/or to enable them to perform certain functions on our behalf, such as sending emails, analyzing data, providing digital marketing assistance, and providing customer service. Service providers will have access to your personal information in so far as they need it and may not use it for other purposes.

We require and take reasonable steps to ensure that third parties with whom we share your personal information safeguard it the same way we do.

If you would like to delete your Moneytree account along with your personal data from your Moneytree Mobile application account. We will not be using deleted account information after that for any of our services. As web site and mobile application working independently, some times it may take more time to remove the deleted business details from web site content. But you should be acknowledged and aware that the details we shared and visible in our social media accounts and shared social media handles and blogs until we removed or deleted our account in respective social media platforms. We will not update those details and we will consider your account delete date as milestone to consider the validity of your data in case of any further clarifications arise..
